I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious four-star hotel. This place definitely knows how to provide enhanced comfort and quality services. The location next to the train station and in the center of town was extremely convenient. I could easily reach the famous Sapa church and the Muong Hoa train station. The rooms were well-equipped with amenities like a mini-bar, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The free Wi-Fi in rooms was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

This hotel has a great location near the church and is close to everything. The room was well heated and had a safe. The breakfast buffet was very good, with many fresh fruit options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering free massages and custom breakfast options. The view from the window was nice and the lounge area had a cozy vibe.
The bathroom in the room was a bit small and cramped, making it difficult to move around freely.

Great value with friendly staff and clean rooms. The location is ideal, close to restaurants and shops, and walking distance from the city centre. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which offered a variety of options and included a Vietnamese buffet. Our stay was made even better with the heated rooms and comfortable beds.
Our room had an unusual smell that was not pleasant. The room was smaller than expected, but we managed just fine.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help and answer questions. The hotel's location was great, being situated near to many local businesses and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel provided free transportation to nearby attractions.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel wasn't up to par and the rooms were somewhat run down, with chipped paint and worn out furniture. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and not of great quality. not the best experience for a business trip, but it did the job.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, even offering us a free massage. The room was clean and had a beautiful view. We also appreciated the various options available for breakfast, including noodles and rice. Additionally, the location was very convenient, close to several attractions including a nearby church.
